By using our website, creating an account, or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
- Update pricing with reasonable notice
- Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed only after successful booking.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified and offered a reschedule or full refund.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or policies.
- Prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (Br) and are subject to change.
- Payment is due at the time of service (cash) or before the appointment (mobile/bank transfer).
- For mobile/bank payments, a receipt must be uploaded to confirm your booking.
- We are not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect account details provided by the client.
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information when booking
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other clients
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit fraudulent payment receipts
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

- Any allergic reactions to products used (please inform your stylist of any known allergies before your appointment)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings at the salon
- Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
